Help. My professor wants all documents sent to her in print layout view? I
tried to save, but it always opens in normal. Help! Cathy Grierson

Word will open a document in the view in which it was saved. SO if you edit
and save in Print Layout view, it should open in that view. Is that not
happening?

See http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/General/SaveViewAndZoom.htm. If this doesn't
work for you, perhaps you could tactfully suggest to the prof that she's
being unnecessarily anal?

Indeed, I couldn't agree more.
Or send here a PDF, if she really is that @n@1 r343n4iv3. Free (in both
meanings of the word "Free") Word->PDF convertors can be found on the
web.
