How do you save to WMF format

How can I save a portion of a worksheet as a wmf file so
that I can later paste it into Word as a graphic rather
than a table.
 
Thanks for the reply but I don't see anything in Excel's
Paste Special about bitmaps, pictures or metafiles, and
WORD has no Paste Special command.

Using Office 2000 on an NT 4.0 machine.

Select the range then hold SHIFT key and Edit>Copy Picture. Choose from the
"appearance" and "Format". You want "Picure".

Paste Special will give you "Enhanced Metafile" option.
