If it's not in the recycle bin, probably not. If the file was deleted and
you did absolutely nothing that involved writing to the disk, there's a
chance, but every little action that writes to the disk has a possibility of
over-writing some sector that the file was on. There used to be a command
called undelete as part of the dos shell that would let you try to find
deleted files, but it was removed some time ago. You could try to run a
search on google for undelete programs that could help (try to find a
trialware from a reputable company to avoid adware), but the more time
elapsed and the more things you do on the computer the greater the chance
that it's being over-writen.
