How do you restore deleted contact

I accidently deleted a contact from my Outlook contact file on this 2003
edition. How do you restore it back?
 
I figured there was a deleted items file but where is it under which
heading...this is my 1st week with outlook so I know very little about how to
move around in it. I DO appreciate any help you can give ...for we "Outlook
challanged"-lol

You should see it in the Navigation Pane (left hand pane) in the Mail view.
You will also see it in Folder List view.
