How do you report a bug for IE?

There is a bug when using the Gradient Filter on a webpage for the background
color, (filterrogidXImageTransform.Microsoft.Gradient). If using this
gradient drop down boxes and list boxes will not appear unless you place your
mouse over them, or if you scroll up and down the boxes become distorted.

We have tested this effect on several computers and are positive this is a
bug in IE. If you place this filter and a single drop down box in a web page
the error will occur.

I would like to report this to Microsoft because we would like to use the
Gradient Filter.

I don't know of a publicly available e-mail address- just the 800 number on
