how do you prioritize your task list

Does any one know how to prioritize the TASK list....
I would like it like this
1-IN RED...HOT- has to be done ASAP
2- IN BLUE....do this week
3- IN BLACK ....when you get time - do it

Have you used the Customize Current View to try to change this?
