Using Excell 2007 and can not figure out how to print the contents of only
one cell at time?

For 2003 & 2007

Press Alt+V+P now you can see some Blue lines just Drag it to the cell which
you want to set for Printing. Now you can notice that cell will have the
White Background and the remaining cells will be in Grey Colour.

To return to Normal View Press Alt+V+N

Another Method in 2003 just place the cursor in the cell which you want to
print (if you want to define 2 or 3 cells then select the cell range) and
select File>Print Area>Set Print Area. Now give Alt+V+P, now you can notice
that the selected cells has been marked covered with blue line with the white
back ground.

To return to Normal View Press Alt+V+N

Now press

Alt+F+V for 2003 and select Setup>Page>Scaling>Adjust to and increase the
Zoom Percentage as per your wish.

Alt+F+W+V for 2007 and select Setup>Page>Scaling>Adjust to and increase the
Zoom Percentage as per your wish.

Before doing all these just increase the cell size and apply Wrap Text also
if required.

Wrap Text Can be done
Place the cursor in the printing cell and do right click from your mouse and
select Format Cells>Alignment>Text Control> Check the Wrap Text option.

I think I have explained it correctly.
