I'm challenged by Word. I've been trying to paste sounds
in Word to no avail. Can someone please help or explain
please. Thank you in advance. Tim

Tim,

you can consult Word's online help. Here is an excerpt:

Insert an existing sound file into a Word document
Click where you want to insert the sound file.

On the Insert menu, click Object, and then click the
Create from File tab.

Click Browse, and then locate the sound file you want to
insert.

To insert the sound file as a linked object, select the
Link to file check box.
Note: You must have speakers installed on your computer
to play a sound file. To play a sound file, double-click
its icon.
