How do you open the box???

If this is your only problem, you will be lucky!

Take off the tape seal and then pull the red tab at the top of the box
towards you.
 
Yea, well it took my screw drive, xacto knife and attitude out to get it
open. After I got out my magnifying glass to read the printed matter on the
packaging, I figured it out, too late. Glad to see I'm not alone. Ultimate
has become a major installation problem, even though the compatibility
checker I've been ruuning for weeks says all is well . . . Problem occurs
after they got my money :-) - GB
