How do you open in safe mode?

I posted a message earlier "Pls Help! Outlook won't stay open"....

I'm wondering why Outlook doesn't prompt me to open in Safe mode. Can
someone tell me how I can open it in safe mode?

'Start|Run', type the line:

"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office11\Outlook.exe" /safe

and click OK. This assumes the normal path to Outlook and you need to
include the quote marks before C: and after Outlook.exe. For more
