How do you open a .PST file in Outlook Express?

I have Outlook Express 6 for Windows (under W98) and would
like to open a .PST file containing collected email
messages transferred from a machine running Outlook 2000
(under W2000). How do I do this? How do I make the file
viewable by Outlook Express?

you need to export the pst to OE on a machine where outlook is installed.
