How do you make your PP presentation smaller?

Is there a button that will resize all my pictures to 72dpi at the same time?
Can I do this after inserting them all into the presentation.

Hi

You can use the compress picture option. In 2003, double click a picture ->
picture tab -> compress -> select options as desired. In 2007, double click
picture -> compress pictures (in adjust group on picture tools format tab).
