How do you make a Contact item Sticky

When you move between email and contacts (or calendar, etc), upon returning
to email you are on the one you were working on, even if it is not the most
current item.

When you are in a Contact record and need to look up a Calendar item or
email, when you return to Contacts, you are no longer in the record you were
in, but rather at the top of the list. For large Contact lists this is very
difficult to deal with.
 
Yes. I agree whole heartedly - this is an example of (one of the hundreds)
inconsistencies in Outlook.

We have over 20,000 Contacts in our Public Folders and it drives me nuts.
Open and minimise the Contact as a workaround.
