Hello,
I have a Windows 2000 Advanced Server with Certificate Services installed. It is a standalone Root CA.
I have issued several certificates with good success, however it says my root CA certificate is going to expire in 11/2008. I thought I could just get a new root CA certificate the same as a client certificate (through the web interface), but when I issue a new one it still has the same expiration date.
How do I issue a new ROOT CA certificate with an expiration 3 or 4 years into the future from my server?
TIA
