How do you install Vista with no bootable DVD drive?

Here's my problem.

I have a computer with dual drives. One drive is a CD drive, and the other
is a DVD-RW drive. I have no floppy drives. The DVD-RW drive will not boot,
but the CD drive will.

How can I install Vista from a DVD? I can only boot from the CD drive. Is
there a disk I can use in the CD drive that will redirect the boot to the DVD
drive and install Vista?

Also, I'm trying to dual boot it with XP. I've heard elsewhere that it's
possible to install Vista from within XP by mounting the ISO image as a
virtual drive... could somebody clarify?
