How do you insert a picture on an envelope in Word?

I've tried to insert a picture by first ading the envelope to the document,
but there is no place to insert unless it's in the address itself and then
the pic is not formatted properly. I can delete the address and then add a
picture then print, then re-insert the envelope to print the address, but
this seems like a lot of work. Isn't there an easier way?

Yes, there is an easier way. You can save the graphic as an autotext
entry named EnvelopeExtra1 or EnvelpeExtra2. See
