Jimmy, there is no limitation in the number of slides. Do get an error? And
please tell us which version of Powerpoint you are using.

Jimmy, there is no limitation on the number of powerpoint slide.I’m curious to
know how powerpoint limited the amount of slides you encounter, was there a
message or pop-up when this happened,if so,list the message here and see if
we can help you.:)
Suggestion: Limit the number of slides to no more than one for each minute
of your presentation. The slides should not contain your entire presentation.
Their purpose is to support your talk and to emphasize the important
points. You can also burn your presentation to DVD or Video and the number of
slides can be almost ignored: http://www.dvd-ppt-slideshow.com/ppt_to_dvd/

I am beginning to enjoy the creativity of the SPAM posts. It was
interesting to see how he could manipulate a question about the number of
slides into an advertisement for a totally unrelated product. I can't wait
to see what his answer is to the question asking for formulas for the area
of an ellipse:-)

The details of the answer depend on the version you are using, but the
basic idea is to find Set Up Show (in the Slide Show menu in 2003). Make
sure the settings there are set to show all slides. My guess is that the
show is set to be limited to certain slides (1-100).

If someone persistently points out some way of spamming, perhaps they’ll stop.
And yes, I do post with a false return email address; this is to prevent
spam.
But I make sure my real name and company affiliation appear at the bottom of
nearly every post I make here.
Yes,you’re MVP,you’ve answer a large number of post and help thousands of
people. But I’m also answering their problem and helping people.I have been
always studying PowerPoint to see if any useful information to Jimmy.I helped
Jimmy with saying “there is no limitation on the number of powerpoint slideâ€
and told him to list the detailed message he encountered and see if we can
help him further.
And yes,Luc,you’re Microsoft PowerPoint forum’s MVP,you do have made a lot
and a lot of contribution to this forum. But in this post, you even had not
answered Jimmy’s question.
