How many folders are in your folder list (Ctrl+6). What folder is set as
default delivery location and is that one set as an address book?
If you have Contacts in the Contacts folder but they are not accessible when
you click on the To button, check these settings:
Make sure the Contact folder is enabled as an email address book. Right
click the Contacts folder, choose Properties then Outlook Address Book. Is
the box to enable as email address book is checked?

We recently added a network to our office and Outlook 2003. Previously
when
a contact name was added in the address book it would automatically appear
in
the "select names list". Now no corrections, deletions or additions show
up.
