How do you import an Excel Spreadsheet into FrontPage?

I click Insert>file>page1.xls, and I always get an error "message could not
load" and then it shows it from aC:\....\ temporary internet files\frontpage
tempDir\wpvd7u3j.xls. This is not where I browsed to find my file it was on
my desk top. Not mater what xls file it is frontpage will not import. I get
the same error message with all excel files. Why? I can import word doc's.

Either File | Import the spreadsheet and create a link to it, or copy and
paste it into a web page.
