I receive email attachments and I cannot open them. It is a pps. file
(Microsoft PowerPoint Slide show. I downloaded Microsoft Office PowerPoint
Viewer 2007, but It still won't let me open it. I get the responce--that I
don't have a program associated to perform this action. Can someone please
tell me what I'm doing wrong or what do I need to do. Thanks so much..

You downloaded the PPT viewer but did you install it? If you did, you still
need to save the original PPS file to the hard drive of your computer and
then open it with PPT viewer.

Depending on which email client you are using, most you will right click on
the filename and then save to your hard drive by specifying a location.
