In IE, choose Tools, Internet Options, Advanced, and then under Browsing,
select Enable Page Transitions. It's the 11th check box.
Note, however, that:
o This only enables pages transitions on your computer.
o There's no way to be sure that page transitions will be enabled on your
visitors' computers.
o Page transitions slow down the site because IE must receive and render
the whole next page before starting the transition effect.
o Browsers other than iE don't support page transitions.
