Did you have a web / site open in FP first, and then imported the .mp3 file into the current open
web prior to linking to it?

I imported the mp3 from my music folder to the page properties ( the web page
that I'm creating.) & I typed in the music file name . mp3 thats were the
broken hyper Link occurred.

Yes I did import the mp3 from my music to my websites folder and I linked it
but thats were I had a broken hyperlink but I know how to fix it ? The
website is not published yet bcause I'm still designing it.

With the web/site open in FrontPage, use
View->Reports->Problems->Hyperlinks
This opens the broken hyperlinks report, which lists all hyperlinks
that are broken or external to the open web.
Double click on the entry for the .mp3, and browse to the correct
file. Select "Change in all pages, and click Replace. All pages will
be updated with the correct link.
