How do you fix this error in Outlook: Could not initialize CLR,

Outlooks locks up and does not function after above error message kicks in.
the rest of the message is: File or asemble name IRIS.Mapi.MessageStore or
one of its depencies, was not found?

Hi Raul,
have you installed any Addin? Please deaktivate them!
