how do you export the Works calender into the Outlook

I am trying to update my Outlook calender with information from my Microsoft
works calender. Where do I start? There has to be an easier way.
 
What format does the Works calendar support for export?

The Works calendar will export in a tab-delimited format, which Outlook will
import (tab-separated values (Windows)).
