How Do You Email an Outlook Calendar?

My wife wants to start the new school year with a centralized family calendar
which we then want to be able to send to everyone so they can update their
personal calendars (all of us use Outlook). Is there an easy way to do this?
If it can be done, once we receive the calendar how do we integrate the
personal calendar with the family calendar?
 
Are you all on one PC or separate PCs?
