How do you edit fields in forms for outlooks business manager

The Account and Opporuntity forms in business mgr do not allow for the
existing form to be edited nor can I see how to save and reuse a form I
create. I also want 'reports' to include the 'expected revenue' (revenue x
%probability) toi provide a more realistic revenue path adn even better to
have the sales cycle (i.e. quantified) tied to %probabilities for defined
products (though I am a service provider!)

Any assistance would be very welcome
 
BCM does not support customization of the forms.
Hence even if the BCM forms (Business Contacts or Accounts or Opportunities)
were customized (new fields added or changed), they would not available for
use on the BCM data.
The customization is anyways on the wish-list for future versions of BCM.

BCM does not support customizing it's Reports in terms of selecting the
fields to display. However, here is what you can do:
- Generate your report
- Using File-->SaveAs menu item, save the report as an excel worksheet (.xls)
- Now you can customize your .xls report to add whatever columns and
formulas that you want to include.
