Hi,

I decided to defragment my main Hard Drive but I was told
that Checkdisk needed to be ran with the /f prefix before
I could do this, so I did that and then performed the
defragmentation but everytime I now boot up Checkdisk
checks my second Hard Drive regardless of whether I
shutdown properly or not.

How do you stop this from happening?.

Thanks,

Ian

Go to Start > Run and type: CMD , and hit enter. Then type in:
chkntfs /x C: , and hit enter. Reboot your computer.
