R Rick B Dec 28, 2004 #2 This is a Microsoft Acess newsgroup, not a Microsoft Word newsgroup. I doubt anyone will know what a "famely book" is. As far as deleting it, seems like you would open Windows Explorer, click the document, and then hit your "delete" key. Rick B
