How do you create a scrolling comment line in Front Page?

I want to create a scrolling line on the index page of a web site. How do I
do it. The line would contain the latest news and I would like for it to run
across the page (left to right) like a stock ticker at the bottom of the TV
screen.
 
Unfortunately, the marquee is only supported in IE. However, a scrolling
textbox would work in any browser. The following web site has quite a number
of them:

FYI: The marquee tag is supported in NS6 and above.

I'm going to diverge from this subject and ask you another question.

A while back you answered one of my posts about "Making Money with Frontpage".
You said when you started out, you set up a web site that had tutorials on it.
Is this web site still available. I'd be interested in checking out some of
your tutorials, especially the one on databases.
 
Sure is Don, although I don't update it much these days. It still has all
the ASP tutorials on it, which is what I think you want. It also has a few
articles about ASP.Net, which you may find interesting:
