How Do You Create a New Import Specification?

I am running into some problems with the specifications created by my
predecessor. How can you erase old specs and how can you add new ones?
 
I figured it out. I have an older version of Access. When the Import Wizard
is open you have the option of viewing existing specs and deleteing them. You
also have the ability to manually enter the import data and using "save as"
to save the specs in the spec menu.
