I need to creat forms in frontpage 2003, and have the fields spread over 4
pages with the submit button on last page, any ideas

Not possible
Each form page must have it's own submit
- depending on how you are storing your data you may be able to link the 4 forms w/ a common hidden form field stored with each form

Form "A" submits to form "B". Form "B" has server scripting in the head to
read Form A's data, and load hidden fields on form B with that data. Form
"B" submits to Form "C", including all the hidden fields. Form "C" does the
same thing with Form "B" data. When Form "C" submits to the data process
page, all of the data is submitted and together.

You would have to come up with the scripting to do this data manipulation.
