How do you copy Outlook2003 Calendar files?

Could anyone help me with instructions on copying Outlook2003 calendar files from my laptop to my desktop computer? I am a real novice and need some easy instructions. Thanks!
 
File, Export the calendar items to a new *.pst, close outlook and move the
*.pst to the other machine and File, Import...
