how do you copy a database but not copy the data?

Using Access I need to copy the base of a database but empy of data. How do I
do that.
 
1. Create a new blank database.
2. Select File > Import
3. Choose the database you want to copy.
4. On the import dialogue box go to Options.
5. Select Definition Only under the Import Tables section
