How do you change which program to view the publish log file

All of a sudden the view publish log file doesn't open with Internet
Explorer anymore. PowerPoint open the file now.

Where can you access which Program to view published files

If it is opening via FrontPage, you can change the file association in the
"Web Settings" or "Options" window called "Configure editor"

If it's just Windows, the "View file types" window in any windows explorer
window will get you the area to make changes.
