How do you change title of page when minimized in taskbar?

Good day. In FP 2003, my index.html page currently reads Untitled when I
minimize it into the taskbar. How do I change it so when minimized it does
not say Untitiled but something else?

Open the site in frontpage. Go to folder view. Right Click the file and
choose properties.
Change the title of the page.
 
Right click the mouse in the (maximised) index.html page....go to Page
Properties, change the title to whatever you need.
