How do you change the control AIW 8500DV ?

How do I change the AIW 8500DV the blue control panel to a square brown one?
When I first installed AIW 8500DV, I had a rectangle brown control panel. After
I reinstalled AIW a few times, I always got this blue control panel?

Configuation>>>>>>>>>>Skins.
 
Am I stopid? I really don't have:

START , PROGRAMS , ATI MULTIMEDIA CENTER , CONFIGURATION , SKINS

This is what I have:

START , PROGRAMS , ATI MULTIMEDIA CENTER>
CD Audio
DVD
File Player
LaunchPad
Library
TV
Video TV

I finally found it! It's in:
My Computer>Control Panel>ATI Multimedia Center>Skin>Modern or Classics.

Yup, the older MMC put the settings in the control panel, where as the
newer mmc puts it with the start menu
