How do you change IE6 Program choices

I am talking about when you have goto TOOLS-INTERNET OPTIONS-PROGRAMS, then
email choices is currently to HOTMAIL, but I want to change it to ANOTHER web
site, how do I change this Hotmail selection.
 
Well I use www.gmail.com moreso than hotmail.com
and I want the default email client to point to that web site instead of
hotmail.com when I click on a mail link.
