How do you change a primary or personal folder account?

My email/calendar etc is not listed in the Personal folders section.
Basically that section is not populated. When I try to update my handheld it
only downloads the information in my personal folder section. I do not have
this problem on my older pc. All my info is in the personal folder section
and all the information related to my account is transferred.

Version of Outlook? How do you have the data file your mail profile
configured? How many does Outlook say you're using?
