How do you cancel a print job while it is being printed
.

Press Start button, then printers and faxes. Double click on the
printer doing the work. This will show you the print queue. Right
mouse click on the "print job" and select "cancel".

See the Help command on this printer program for more information about
what you can do in this to control print jobs.

Note: if the printing has already started, when you cancel the job you
only stop sending data. Depending on how your printer responds to the
cancel "reqeust" (and it's just a request), it may continue printing
data that is already in the printer's memory. On my printer, I cancel
the job in Windows, then press the printer's reset key to kill the
printing "in progress".

Read more about all of this by searching Windows Help for the words
"cancel printing".

Once printing starts you should have a printer icon in your system tray.
Double click it then highlight job and cancel from there.
