trying to pirnt blank invoices with company name and logo but would like to
have them numbered in triplicate, Does anyone know how to do this with MS
Office programs?

Set the print option to run 3 pages of each item you print. In access you
would do this on the Use Specific Printer option.

Wayne,
Wow, that was quick! This is the first time I've used this forum for
questions about MS Office programs. Didn't even know it existed. I have
designed an invoice that contains the company name and logo but would like to
have them automatically numbered in triplicate to be put into invoice pads.

To use your suggetion of running each page 3 times would require manually
changing the numbers on the invoice page each time. I have designed these
invoices in Publsiher but can probably redo them in another program if that
will make it simpler to get them to be automatically numbered?

Thanks, Pamela

Hi Pamela

click this link
http://www.microsoft.com/office/community/en-us/FlyoutOverview.mspx#11

I have just done a very quick search on that forum and there are 7 answers
to questions the same as your's.

As you say this is the first time you have used this forum (welcome and Hi)
you will not know but each forum is based around a specific MS programme and
people generally answer only relevant questions. So click the link for
questions about publisher and if you have any MS Access questions pop back
over this way.

Hope this helps.

(Oh and the answer I gave works in publisher as well as access - top tip)
