How do you access the System Configuration Utility in
W2K?

In XP I run 'msconfig' and in Win95 I seem to
remember 'winicfg'.

I'm trying to access the startup apps in W2K, it seems
that a friend's machine has a 'drive by download' that
has taken over the homepage, if you change it, it reverts
back to some spiel for software and throws up a slew of
pop-ups.

I think that some rogue app has been installed in the
startup controlled by the System Configuration Utility
and would like to try to remove it.

Use ipconfig.exe /? from a command prompt
or find somewhere WNTIPCFG.EXE (a GUI for NTx).
