how do write on scanned documents

i am trying to complete a form that i scanned on to a disk. i need to add
names and addresses to comlpete it.

Is this in Microsoft Access? That's the subject of this newsgroup.

Note that a scanned image is *JUST THAT* - an image. *You* see text;
the computer doesn't - as far as the computer is concerned, the
scanned image is just black and white dots. It is not a document (like
a Word document), it's just a picture of a document. You may be able
to use character-recognition software to percieve the image as text
and edit that new text document in Word. But you should post the
question in a Word newsgroup to get specific help for that operation.
