How do we print/fax multiple documents in one go?

We have Word2000 & WindowsXP.

Sometimes our customers ask us to fax to them several different flyers or
MSDSs or other documents.

How can we load all these into a receptacle so they can all be faxed in one
fax call? Up to now we have to dial up for every different document; which
seems a waste.

We have not had much success with the "Binder", and there must be some way.

Why can't we just select each file and send them off?

Please help us, Frank

It depends on which fax client you use, but normally you do this by
selecting the files in Explorer, right-clicking and selecting the Send To,
Fax Recipient option. If you don't have that option, then check in the
documentation for your Fax application.

Thanks, I tried this but there is no "Fax" recipient oin the list, probably
because I am using the HP3100 printer/fax system.

I will try installing the WindowsXP fax facility later and using that, but
in the meantime I can use the select & print using the mouse, though only if
I use the 'HP3100fax' as the default printer.

EG when I select the 'print' on the right-click mouse menu, there is no
option given to select a particular printer or fax, and it always defaults
to the default printer/fax.

Is it possible to adjust this so that it does?

Regards Frank
