How do upload MP3 files to my web site?

I recently started using Frontpage 2003. I have uploaded my new web site
without any problems. I can't seem to figure out how to upload mp3 samples to
my site. Can anyone tell me how?

Use the File | Import to import them into your FP web. From there you can
just link to them as if they were any other web page.

Thanks Mark, simple enough. I just wasn't going to the right place. I was
trying to insert it as a file.
