How do u get the teletext feature in mmc 8.5

Read the MMC help and it tells you how to get it. I've gone back to MMC 8.1
but from memory it involved right clicking on the closed caption button of
the TV app. I found this new "ATI developed" teletext app to be pretty
hopeless though because it wont fully load pages (just one of the reasons I
went back to MMC 8.1).
