how do remove this file

It appears to be a not so good program. I would suggest removing it
and maybe the file will go with it. I personally have never heard of the
program. I use Window Washer. I also have a file named "TEMP" on my C
drive where everything and I mean everything goes there. I won't let any
program use anything but there to store temporary files save for my
browers which have a mind of ther own! But Window Washer finds them and
away they go with the Wash!. :-)
