How do obtain "Business Contact Manager" for Outlook 2003 ?

I have the corporate version of Office 2003 / Outlook 2003 and need to
obatin the Business Contacts Manager Add-in. I cannot find it anywhere on
the MS website or on the CD I have ?

Help !

I understand it will be made available on MSDN sometime after its retail
release scheduled for Tuesday, October 21.

Are you an enterprise or volume licensee for Office? If yes, my
understanding is that you should have received it already.
