How do multiple personal computers in a network share outlook?

We have three personal computers and would like to use Outlook for
scheduling. Multiple user will need to access the same schedule, at times, at
the same time. We have purchased Microsoft Office 2003 and loaded it on the
server, what next, do we need to switch our Internet Service Provider?
