I want to set up a limited account for my son in Win XP
Home but do not want him to have access to the system
program files in the start menu. When I go in to delete
them in his account a message says that this shortcut
deletion will affect all users. How do I set it up so
that he cannot access any other programs other that the
ones I place in the start menu?

Hi,

Move the shortcuts from the allusers folders to only the accounts that you
want to have access:

From:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs

To:
C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Start Menu\Programs
