I have downloaded the file from the direct link but it is only 721 bytes! tht
obviously not big enough!

is this not the proper file?!

so how do i get the full file from the direct link?

Thank you for the x64 link, which I can indeed get to...

Now could someone please WALK ME THROUGH what I have to do to get the whole
iso file, not just the 13.7 MB is shows me when I try to download it?

Thank you so very much.

JR

Sounds like the Download Link is Still Broken, just like Last Night, just
FYI.

The normal link still says to come back later....

It seems to me from reading other posts that the 13.7 MB problem has to do
with a "download manager," which I don't know anything about or how to
fix....

Can anyone help?

JR

JR, The Public Direct Download Link should work just fine without a Download
Manager (just like all of Microsoft's Other Public Download's), which means
that Microsoft is still having Trouble with their Windows Vista Public
Download Server's, just FYI.

See if this helps - nearest thing to a walkthrough:

I had the same trouble since I felt I had a perfectly good download manager,
but if you go and click the Akarami link you will be served up, what I
believe to be a web-based application that manages the download for you, no
trouble, if you go away and come back to see it reporting an error, just
resume and you can do this indefinitely, no need to close it and start all
over.
